Makarov, named after the eponymous designer this pistol was introduced in the military in the former Soviet Union in 1951. Later it was adopted by the police and military in varoius eastern european countries. Like the original, has also this CO2 model of a Double / Single Action system and all major components such as the frame , slide and the external controls are made entirely of metal.
